What's the difference between a standing and a wall-hung heater?

A standing heater (Cilindro, Legend) stands on the floor, usually next to the benches. A wall-hung heater (Spirit) is mounted on the wall – it takes up less floor space and has a more modern, compact form.

Does every heater need a 400V connection?

The 9.0 kW heaters (Cilindro, Spirit) require a 400V 3N~ connection. The Legend can be wired more flexibly – 230V, 230V 3~ or 400V 3N~ – depending on the installation you have available.

Do all heaters need a paid Control licence?

No. The Cilindro works over MyHarvia WiFi with no extra cost. Full remote control via MyHarvia Control on the Legend and Spirit requires purchasing a licence in the app.
